Who we are

SW Trader Mentoring ("SWTM", "we", "us"), operating www.swtm.eu and academy.swtm.eu. Contact: message us on Whop.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to www.swtm.eu, the SWTM Academy at academy.swtm.eu, and SW Trader Mentoring. The SWTM Levels indicator has its own licence terms at checkout. Refunds are covered by our refund policy; how we handle personal data by our privacy notice.

Your Academy access

When you buy access through Whop you get an account for the SWTM Academy for as long as your purchase or membership includes it. The courses, lessons, videos, exams, certificates and the Gamma desk are described on swtm.eu/academy. We improve the courses over time; lessons may be added, rewritten or reordered, and your completed progress is kept when that happens.

Your access is for you alone. Do not share your password or account, and do not copy, record, resell or publish the lessons, videos, exam questions or materials. If an account is clearly shared or the material redistributed, we may pause or end the account without a refund.

Academy memberships are billed through Whop. You can cancel at any time; your access then runs until the end of the period already paid for.

Founding Members

Founding Members pay $99 a month for as long as their subscription stays active. They keep their existing Whop content and pay nothing extra for new courses or add-ons during that time.

Certificates

A certificate shows that you completed a course and passed its final exam on our platform. It is not a professional qualification or a licence to give financial advice or manage money.

The mentorship

The mentorship is a membership billed through Whop. It includes the sessions described when you join. You can cancel at any time; your access then runs until the end of the period already paid for.

The SWTM Discord is free to join. Its course channels are for Academy members.

Not financial advice

Everything we offer is education and community. Nothing on our sites, in the Academy, on the Gamma desk, in the community or in live sessions is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or personal advice about your situation. Examples are illustrations; past results do not predict future results. Trading futures carries substantial risk, including losses larger than your deposit, and is not suitable for everyone. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

Behaviour

Be respectful in the community. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, shares other members' information, or breaks these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Academy and our services available and correct, but we cannot guarantee they are always free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we tell Academy members by email before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
